Terms of delivery and payment

Worldwide free delivery by DHL

The package with your order will be shipped with DHL and is usually within Germany after 1 - 2 working days with you. Shipping abroad takes 5-15 working days, depending on the destination country.

For engraving or embossing - please note that we need some time to customize an article. For the assembly of your very personal watch plus engraving or embossing we need 1 - 2 days of additional processing time.

As soon as we have handed over the goods to DHL, you will receive an email from us with the tracking code for tracking your shipment. With this tracking code you can track your delivery under the following link.

Delivery by DHL is from Monday to Saturday.

If the delivery person does not find you, he will leave a notification note in your mailbox. You can then pick up your delivery within 7 working days at the specified post office.
